Eligibility for Returns
You may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Note: Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., team logos, name printing) cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or damaged.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:

Mention your order number, reason for return, and provide photos (if applicable)

Wait for our team to review and approve the return request
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including the address to ship your item(s).
Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
