Invention Sports is a BJJ Gi and No-Gi manufacturing Facility from Sialkot, Pakistan. Founded in 2006, we make BJJ Gis, rash guards, MMA shorts and fight wear for brands across Europe,  America & canada. and we have been exporting to the United States since 2010.

Invention Sports is a manufacturing facility, not a trading house. All production stages, from cutting and printing to stitching, quality inspection, and packing, are handled in-house to ensure consistent quality across every order.

From Sialkot, Pakistan to Global Combat Sports Brands

Established in Sialkot, Pakistan in 2006, by Mr. Mumtaz Ahmad and Mr. Nadeem Mumtaz, Invention Sports is a specialized manufacturer of BJJ Gis, No-Gi apparel, and boxing equipment for leading sports brands worldwide. Combining advanced CAD/CAM technology, modern machinery, and integrated in-house production, we deliver precision manufacturing, consistent quality, and brand-specific customization. Our products are developed with reference to applicable IBJJF and IBA requirements and supplied to brands across Europe, America, Canada and Australia.

Inside The Factory — How Your Order Is Made

Every stage of production happens in-house. Here is the journey your order takes.

Pattern making and grading

Your design is drafted and graded across every size on CAD, so the fit stays consistent from XS to XXL.

Fabric cutting

Fabric is laid and cut on our cutting tables against the approved patterns.

Heat Transfer process

Artwork is printed on our own sublimation printers and heat-pressed, so colours do not crack or peel.

Embroidery

Logos, belt bars and details are stitched on multi-head embroidery machines.

Stitching

Garments are assembled by experienced operators, with flatlock and overlock seams where the product demands them.

Quality control

Pieces are checked for measurements, stitching and print quality before they move to packing.

7

Packing and shipping

Finished goods are folded, bagged, labelled and packed to your specification, ready for export.

Quality and Certification

Invention Sports is an ISO 9001:2015 certified BJJ Gi and No-Gi manufacturer. That means our production follows a documented quality management system — the same process, the same checks and the same standard on every order, whether it is 50 pieces or 5,000.

Quality starts with the fabric. We work with 300 gsm pearl weave for lightweight Gis and 8 oz ripstop for trousers, and we keep approved shades in stock so the colour you sign off on is the colour you receive
